When booking a space for an event or conference it is your responsibility to read and comply with the Venue Booking Policy for Non-Teaching Events and, if applicable, complete a Speaker, Audience and Event Details Form and a Risk Assessment.

For public events, you are also encouraged to read the guidance on arranging and promoting public events.
